Please bring in any medical history you have of your pet when you come to our vet clinic. It's best to keep a journal of your pet's health throughout his or her life, including behavioral shifts. If you have something like this, share it with our team. If not, let us know everything that you think will be important. Dr. OeDell and Dr. Rogerson can still work with whatever information you have.
Some clients still prefer to remain at their vehicle and have their appointments be completely curbside, whether it’s because they have kiddos napping in the car, to make it easier to wrangle multiple pets at one visit or just because they’re more comfortable in their car, while other clients prefer to come up to the building and have a seat in our new lobby area. Either way is okay with us! Please remember that while we are “curbside”, that does not mean that appointments are “drop off” and owners need to remain at the clinic unless other arrangements were scheduled with us ahead of time.
When you arrive for your scheduled appointment, you can call from your car to check in if you would prefer to wait at your vehicle or you can give us a knock on the door to let us know you’ve arrived and have a seat in our lobby area through the door to the left.
For the safety of our staff, you must be parked on our side of the street if you wish to remain in your car and have a staff member come get your pet.
For pet safety, all cats must be in a sturdy carrier, and all dogs must be on a leash A technician will come to your car or to your seating area on the porch to get some more information on how your pet is doing and retrieve your pet for his/her exam with the doctor.
After the exam, the doctor will either call you or come out to the porch to review the exam, discuss options for any treatment that your pet may need, and answer any questions that you have.
After your pet is finished with his/her exam and any additional treatment that he/she may have needed, one of our staff members will return your fur baby to you, help coordinate any follow-up appointments that may be needed, and get you checked out for your appointment.
We do have beverages available. Please let us know if you’d like one at any point during your visit!
